What irritates me greatly is how long the USN CV line languished in complete inferiority for 2 years with nary a word from WG, and Midway couldn't keep her tier 10 planes and large reserves for 3-4 months before WG took away the first and announced plans to take away the second while ALSO buffing her rival, Hakuryu. There's a lot off players not from the USA that like the US CV line im one off them. Thats my view how things will turn out so WG better get ready for the worse. Im hoping they don't take this change to lightly and keep a eye on and change it if need be it but it is WG and we know how they feel about US CV. In the end WG will have to notice or step in, the forum will be flooded with post about the midway being screwed over, US CV not playing the game and screwing the team, Bad CV players and how to know your team is screwed to the point the forum moderator will start to step in and lock post soon as they show up. If the Hakuryu CV becomes to OP and after a bit of time WG do's nothing to adjust the balance i.e give midway better fighters, TB or change its loadout who knows, there will be a lot off US CV players that will speak up and not stop harassing WG to fix Midwaay and if still nothing it wouldn't surprise me if US CV players start to load in to a game and do nothing but fly there planes around there CV and move it, because off the new exit rules coming in doing that will piss a lot off people off they can report you but nothing will happen, karma go's down big deal just tell the team "go talk to WG and tell them to fix the broken US CV". If this new nerf/buff go though for the midway i think they will be watching it very closely, it can be a nerf/buff that breaks the whole US CV line all togather not counting tier 4 and 5.
